Gates We report the first superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNSPD) on an integrated silica platform. Four WSi detectors were deposited atop each of a set of waveguides inscribed by direct-UV writing, each providing a weak measurement of the guided mode. The detectors operated with a jitter of about 200 ps and a dead time of 180 ns, while the detectors each detected approximately 0.12% of the passing light with a dark count rate of 0.4/s operating at 1550 nm.
