Eric Fossum, Jiaju Ma and Stanley Chan The Dartmouth Quanta Image Sensor (QIS) was presented at SPW2017 in Boulder. This is a CMOS room-temperature, megapixel resolution, small pixel pitch, very low dark count, photon-number-resolving image sensor. The purpose of this paper is to update the single-photon-detector community of progress made since SPW2017.
